i prefer not to but i do it sometimse out of desperation when bread about to go stale i figure better than nothing. then later when i'm breadless and hurtin, it'll do. slice it first before freezing obv the trick to defrosting it well is to spritz with water or somehow introduce moisture to the toaster oven (but don't just like pour water on the bread lol it'll get soggy). also use a toaster oven in like the 350-400 for a little bit before ramping it up to ToAsT mOdE it will never be good fresh bread it'll be okay toast though
