Blues aren't terrible, thankfully. I'm hoping the Preds will look much better on the ice. I've said often that piping sucked, except for the Preds and earlier Blues. Of course there gone from the only teams it looked good on. Whatever, please don't make the Avs horrible.

Up close, the new Wings logo looks like a cheap version of the previous jersey crest, but it's made in Michigan, so Ken Holland gave it a six year deal at 7 million per year.

the blues jersey looks fine imo and if you showed it to me and said this is their current jersey that they've used for the past 5 years i wouldn't bat an eye the preds jersey isn't awful but it's a downgrade from their current jersey, which is one of the better jerseys in the league

For the most part, I think this thread is ridiculous about hating on jerseys, but yeah, that Preds jersey is bad. The collar is so ugly. Which is a drat shame since they had one of the best jerseys in the league. Blues looks... the same? So yeah, at least they didn't mess that one up.

in hindsight, the first rental should have been rafalski. there was no way they were getting out of that field of western teams that year. but the writing was on the wall when they replaced rafalski with ian white.

The Preds one seems like it's going to be fine as part of the complete uniform. The jersey on its own though is maybe a bit desolate, so if you don't like it, maybe don't buy one

the preds jersey isn't "ugly" per se, just really frickin boring because of the unbroken sea of yellow. seems like one of those jerseys that won't have everybody freaking out about how awful they are all the time but it's hard to imagine anybody getting excited over them either - kind of like the current carolina hurricanes jerseys i guess.
