From a lore point of view: FWC, I think. Dead Orbit just want to flee, the Fallen already tried that and don't seems to be working for them. New Monarchy want a Hitler, and I don't think thats a solution to anything. From a profit point of view: Dead Orbit has a nice scout rifle, and the plagelands are filled with spinmetal, and dead orbit admits spinmetal to raise faction. So.. Dead Orbit.

The new Fr0st-EE5 boots are pretty groovy. The tiny sprint turn radius is great and the melee/grenade regen boost is definitely noticeable. I would guess it increases regen speed by 25%? Maybe more? And since I can sprint non-stop with Jolder's artifact, it's basically always active. They look pretty rad too. I especially like that they frost up when you run... because you're liquid cooling your feet, I guess? The probably don't beat Dunemarchers overall, but definitely a solid Hunter exotic for either PvP or PvE.

Yeah that fellwinters climbing was straight up difficult. And like the first time I said "OMG THIS IS RIDICULOUS" I also realized, this is the most challenging thing I've ever done in a video game in a long time. So it was actually satisfying in a, "wow I finally did it after a lot of effort and it took some skill" rather than "wow I finally did it after grinding for 40 hours".

Nightfall boss is hard legit and the cheese is actually tricky and stupid anyway because the fight is fun. For nightfall this week run arc classes up to the boss only. Then warlocks go sunsinger and titans go bubble. Hunters stay arc. There's no add management that can't be done with Zhalo. Try and be 355+. Shanks will gently caress you up. Sunsinger revives and hunter invisible powers will save you when a dude inevitably gets teleported into by the splicer or nailed by shanks. Pop blessing bubble when the shanks drop. Use the sepkis strike drop sniper and an arc prox launcher if you got one. And for the live of god use an arc burn reduction chest you idiots.

How do I get back to the snowy cosmodrome on the Plaugelands map? Figured out how once, but forgot. Also, anyone looking to fill out their year 3 book can get the "Use It" one filled by intentionally dying in the Archon's Forge & using Splicer Keys to get back in the arena, provided you are sitting on a bunch of splicer keys.

It would have been better if it was more like, "whoa, what the gently caress are these new creepy fallen dudes?!" and then you spend the rest of the story missions learning about them. But I guess it's a moot point because I'm just going to keep playing anyway. Dammit Bungie.
