I'm affronted that this thread has lost faith in are Jezzah to the extent they think he won't radically reform the labour party and repurpose it into an organ of Full Communism. FFS he's only been there six monrhs, it's too early to call anything one way or another. FOR SHAME.

For the record, I don't think anything about this is actually illegal - barring some gray areas around the exact definition of 'position of trust', 17-year-olds are considered legal adults for the purposes of sexting middle aged men - but a front page headline in OUTRAGE LETTERS in the most popular newspaper in the country is a fantastic blunt instrument with which to batter your enemies, and with any luck he'll be out by easter as I doubt this is his only proclivity. Beeb is back, albeit slow at the moment. Internal server error, ho ho. That probably means some poor sysadmin sucker had to be called in to try get it back up. Without fail it always happens on New year's eve. I remember having a confrontational meeting with a client a year back about how their website went down at 2am on New Years Day and why it took until 11am to reactivate it and why there was no one available to fix it? Apparently "its new years day" wasn't a good enough excuse and we had to write a technical report on why the website went down (the technical report mostly consisted of "poo poo happens, what the hell" as the event that caused the error couldnt have been caught).
