new landlord mike album is predictably mid with some pretty good features. the fact that the future/andre 3000 collab prod by james blake, no i.d. and dj paul is on this album and not on future's is a tragedy. and the fact that killer mike is on it is a loving crime. dude is absolutely washed

My all time favourites are "Constantly Hating" and "Kick a Door". But a lot coming out matches my above description.

Mike’s album is quite good but it does start to drag after a while and all the spoken word bits from seemingly the most boring interviews ever recorded about drug dealing did nothing for me. The 3 Stacks verse is really good. Definitely not as good as RAP Music or any of the RTJ albums for me

i used to be a huge fan of killer mike but cant really respect him as much anymore so that's maybe shading my view but i thought the new album is just ok. other than the andre 3k/future track (which is great) and the thug track that has been out for a long time (which now has a lame intro) i didnt really like any of the songs on first listen.
