Four bucks for a great movie? I'm in. Goes well with my 6 Rocky movies for 23 bucks. I'm so glad I saved like $100 bucks just for movies for this time of the year. If I still have enough after the end of the week, I'll get LotR if nothing else claims my dollars.

Not like I hate deals or anything but I'd rather not see this country adopt some of the worst excesses of the materialism craze that the whole holiday season becomes. Especially since you guys actually have it tied to something with Thanksgiving, whereas for us it's simply "Well, the States do it."

I have a 3 page wish list that's been hinged on the EE LOTR set dropping below $50. So I guess today's the day, just checking quickly I see a TON of other things that have come down as well. A Bug's Life is finally under $20, that's really the price point to buy at for Pixar movies, the cheapest I've ever seen a Pixar blu ray is $16. The only bummer is that Dexter season 5 has gone UP in price since I added it in there. Oh well, I'll check again on Friday and see if the rest of my wish list has come down. Merry christmas to me. Well, and a CD for my kid.

Well, I was going to buy it, but Amazon.ca is telling me it will ship in 1-4 months. No thanks. However, Citizen Kane has dropped in price to $26.99, which is about fifteen to twenty-five dollars cheaper than I have seen it anywhere else: http://www.amazon.ca/Citizen-Ultima...rd_i=1265255011 This thread needs more deals for Canadians.

Note that the amazon release in Canada does not have the Ambersons DVD attached with it - that's only on amazon.com Yeah, I saw this, and I appreciate it. It's actually the first time, at least according to my memory, that I have seen Canadian deals posted. I was incredibly close to buying "The Third Man," but the "ships in 1 to 4 months" scared me away. It sucks that I didn't realize that the Ambersons DVD wasn't attached, but the deal was good enough that I'll deal with it. Also, today's deal for Amazon.ca is the Ben-Hur Blu-Ray at $26.99
