Maybe its because we now know what a douche Stein is but I heard him on another episode and the first 40 minutes were a three way circle jerk between him and Adam and Drew. Admittedly, that happens a fair bit when Adam likes a guest but it was just endless fawning combined with the fact that other than creationism, Stein is basically famous for having a terrible, droning voice. Well that show was just Drew and Stein, so there was no Adam jerking off. And I've known he is a douche for years, but he is a likable douche. Not a guy you would trust with your child or anything, but to make small talk a couple times a week while waiting on the bus or something. They did in the 80s and 90s. There are some Poorman and Rachtman era shows where they take faxes, and they actually answer e-mails in some of the 1997 shows.

Yup, and it seems nearly all of them were prank faxes, I still find it hilarious that the reason that they stopped giving out the fax number was because it ran out of fax paper and it was so old they couldn't buy any more.

Good plan, not sure how amazing my question is, but how does a good location hold up? Side note, since I am outside the US and my cell would cost me 2.70 a minute to try and call, anyone know if they accept skype? Edit: WOOOO got through the call screener, just waiting / hoping to make in on the air! Edit 2: Thought I should say I got on the air and had my question answered, though it almost seemed like they rushed through it

It's funny how on TACS he would talk about how radio people are stupid and greedy. I was listening to some old Loveline shows (around 1-23-01) and he mentions that the program director told him to not abuse the callers, not to tell stories or go on rants, and told Anderson to cool it with the drops. Wasn't it pretty much Adam's personality and chemistry with Drew that made the show a huge success?
