Also, I never had a Twitter, but there would be a few specific accounts I would load up a few times a week to check out, like @dril and @TallBart, plus a couple Ukraine related accounts that I’d check out more occasionally. I’d also sometimes see an account in either this thread or elsewhere on SA, that I’d see an interesting or funny post from and I’d go to it just scroll through a bunch of their more recent posts, and then probably never look at it again. Can’t do any of that poo poo now because of the login prompt, although I can still see embeds on SA. I’m sure I’m far from the only one to use Twitter like this, almost seems like this would be a valuable audience to throw ads at, but what do I know, I’m not renowned brain genius Elon Musk.
