I remember this game, I think it's called Overlord, I played when I was a kid. English isn't my native language and at the time I had a poor grasp of it, so I didn't know what to do. I'd mostly just click around and look at the pretty pictures (there's an animation of a car going through a checkpoint on one of the screens that I liked). Many years later I looked it up and it's a game where you colonize planets and fight an opponent over controlling them.
