I think we knew absolutely nothing and certain scoopsters were hinting at the idea that AEW had a toxic locker room and bullying problem that she was the first victim of until she was like "no, its nothing like that." So people just filled in whoever they didn't like.

My impression from her comments on Instagram was that she had some mental health stuff go on, and needed to get herself in a better place. I hope she's recovering, and I'm pretty sure AEW would welcome her back with open arms if she felt ready. I know she was in a multi person match with Big Swole recently so it's not like she's persona non grata.

Everyone I've talked to that's actually talked to Kylie has been pretty clear that it's what was discussed upthread and what Booker T (her trainer) discussed on his show: That she wasn't mentally prepared to be the female face of a national promotion and felt she'd be much more well sticking with indies for now. There were a bunch of bullshit rumors, some more overt than others, and some from people I trust who aren't huge rumor-mongers, but anything that was actually just a generation removed was explicit that nobody did anything to her in any way, shape, or form. I get why people were skeptical or inclined to believe the rumors or whatever, at least to some degree. But it got WAY out of hand, especially with all of the WHY ISN'T ANYONE REPORTING ON THE TRUTHHHHHH bullshit.

I briefly went into a pachinko parlor in Osaka to use the bathroom and it was a very disorienting experience. The machines were incredibly loud and the cigarette smoke was disgusting.
