Trucks move a consistent speed for the most part, so the hybrid part is only marginally useful, so the batteries are a gimmick to hide that they're running on natural gas and all that you get out of that is a slight CO2 reduction. It's not bad, but how that company is worth billions is, uh, uncertain.

Yes and they will whine about it constantly. I've had to deal (indirectly) with more than a few property owners who are trying to argue that they should be exempt from state property taxes if the rental property is sitting empty.
