this is insanely nitpicky but it bugs me that in the footage of TTYD HD the number 0 pops up over an enemy's head when you don't do any damage to them instead of how it worked in the original and every single other Paper Mario game where it'd be a different effect showing the damage bouncing off of them without any number. also the star point animation at the end of battle is less satisfying in conclusion: poo poo remake, 0/10, miyamoto has ruined the series again Augus fucked around with this message at 00:49 on May 17, 2024 |

Alleyway is about as good as a breakout clone gets honestly. There are much better breakout style games don't get me wrong, but for a pretty basic one it is one of the best and most cleanly executed.

Huh. Weirdly enough that one doesn't get me at all. All of those games feel that long ago to me. Probably because a bunch of them have like 5+ sequels by this point. Tell me Smash Brothers Melee is 23 though and I feel it.
