I saw a Canadian warbler a couple of days ago. Those little rascals are the size of a child's fist and migrate from the freaking Amazon to Eastern Canada every year. They weigh less than a half oz. Such dapper little yellow dudes too. It's mind blowing and anyway I think birds are cool so I vote that we don't actually collapse the biosphere. Whose with me?

Just catching up, it seems we have hurricane-strength thunderstorms now. Very cool! This is a great addition to the weather, which IMO had gotten a little boring over the last 80,000 years.
