The couple then counter sued and said that Callux had put the loop around the neck too tight when grooming the dog and it died later that day, after the owners picked it up, and they said the vet said it was due to neck injuries. The dog was 12. I don't know what the results of the case are.

I don’t know what ever came of it but it definitely did not seem like it was Callux’s fault
