In this case the contact was right on the line and the line is part of the box, that’s why it was determined to be inside the box. In this case the “foul” was the foot to foot contact.

It's the same as other line calls - the whole ball needs to be out of the pitch, the whole ball needs to cross the line for a goal etc. gently caress knows about body in the box - surely they'd go by the players feet?
