Have the Chargers play at the San Diego Zoo. Or at the convention center. Then move Comic-Con to coincide with their home opener. What happens if you mix 2 fanbases in the same spot? Coming Fall 2021 to Disney+!

There's a decent chance the Ravens lose to the Bengals. They're coming off a bye, we've just ripped off a bunch of wins, and we so often play like crap in Cincinnati. I'd give them about a 35% chance at the upset.

I would agree with this, but I think our making GBS threads the bed against the Bengals might be a combined phenomena of Marvin Lewis' understanding of the Ravens and Joe Flacco's ability to play down to competition. Neither of those will be factors on Sunday. Of course AJ Green will be there to continue is murder streak so

It feels kinda like DYAR doesn’t know how to handle Lamar Jackson. He’s ranked number 1 mainly on his passing performance against a highly rated defense, while his rushing only adds a measly 22 DYAR. I hate to say something like this but I think Jefferson getting hurt helped us, as he was handling the stuf lf Weddle used to and we were disorganized as all hell during that. I think we can handle Green(at least the best a team can handle a player that good) with our current talent level. And that lets us run at whoever it is theyll have starting now. Thats another thing I dont like having to deal with an unknown QB assuming its not a guy we do know. I always thought it had a lot to do with Lewis too but he last coached for us in 2001 so I doubt his knowledge was too relevant as years went on. So we'll see if the @cincy curse leaves us. I hope so.

Just went through the play by play and Jackson on non kneels was 8 of 13 on positive rushing plays or whatever DYAR calls them. He also had 3 kneel downs which makes that 8-8 if they're included. I suppose he never broke a huge play but I've always felt FO's stuff didn't care enough about big plays so that's probably not it. I know they take out hail mary interceptions, but I wonder if no one's bothered to make sure kneeling doesn't negatively change that stat because we usually care very little about QB's running?

His passing was definitely efficient, but it doesn’t feel like the story of his performance or why he had success. I think it's because rushing is harshly graded in advanced metrics, looking at the play log, starts off with a bunch of positive plays with two excellent ones: 5 yards on 1st and 10 5 on 1st and 10 TD on 1st and 3 18 on 1st and 10 6 on 1st and 10 Then loses a bunch on these... 2 on 1st and 10 2 on 3rd and 8 -1 on 1st and 10 3 on 3rd and 7 Then closes out the game with 2 more excellent ones. 11 on 1st and 10 9 on 2nd and 8 Which leads into the problem of running the ball in general. This is a pretty darn good rushing performance, but if those were all receptions to some slot receiver, it'd be a lot closer to a Jarvis Landry kinda game then anything.
