Almonds are the absolute worst drat nut in mixed nuts. Cashews, despite not being a nut, are by far the supreme nut in the mixed bag. Anyone doing cashew milk is ruining some great food. Pistachios absolutely own as well. But gently caress almonds, they're not even a good way to commit sudoku even with the bitter kind. Way more effective to blend up a bunch of apple seeds and add that to my morning yogurt tomorrow.
