i like blue cheese. had one that was soft and creamy (not as much as a brie or camembert) and it’s probably the best cheese i’ve ever had. most of the stuff i can get in the us is crumbly though. aldi of all places had a nice semi-soft blue once but I’ve never seen it again.

French cheese is the best. Reblochon and Morbier are my favorites. I can‘t stand any kind of blue cheese unless it has been heated. I get this moldy smell stuck in my nose that lingers for hours and makes everything taste terrible. don’t know how anyone can enjoy that

when I was back home last year I was at the farmers market and found out from them that my local goat cheese farm was closing the week after cuz they were tired of milking goats twice a day or whatever too bad; their cheese was loving great
