Chiropractors are like heroin. You feel great during but soon the effects wear off and you feel worse until you go back. Seriously, have her look into osteopathy which is real medicine and is usually covered by insurance. Yoga isn't bad either.

I regularly go to a chiropractor/acupuncturist, but he is a fancy pants guy who works for the U.S. olympic sailing team, and I go to him for soft tissue work. He was recommended to me by my physical therapist Basically go to a physical therapist.
