even after i became a woke feminist leftist in college and understood that pornography was exploitative and harmful to women, i could not stop, i was stuck. i would get to the point where i could not even get any real enjoyment from sexual activity, bc it was all debased & overdone. it drained me of vitality and happiness, and left me acting like a stupid robot repeating a stupid activity i didn't even enjoy anymore.

so yeah in my experience, it's bad, but having made the decision to turn away from it, i've found a much more fullfilling lifestyle, free of guilt and now my sexuality is powerful and explosive rather than weak and dissipated.

Not trying to be insulting but maybe the problem was you and not the porn?

haha maybe you really are Ned Flanders. Every loving kid that's not an idiot gets their hands on the stuff before the internet existed, and long after. I'd bet money that most of this thread has been digging up porn since they were old enough to be interested in it and most of them turn out pretty loving normal. It doesn't create poo poo unless you're in some hosed up extreme Catholic guilt style house hold.

If anything porn probably helps keeps more kids from doing stupid poo poo just like it has positive impacts on sexual assault statistics, not that some people will ever believe it. I'm not saying give porn to kids, I'm just saying they're going to loving get it weather you want them to or not. Unless the kid is too stupid to change his DOB on "Are you 18?" forms.

There are obviously people who get hosed up on porn. We haven't really had this amount of porn this readily available for people at such young ages before. Whenever a kid gets access to a smart device or a computer nowadays they can now also watch Tina take 3 dicks in her rear end in a top hat while a guy calls her a stupid oval office - then get recommendations for hundreds of similiar clips of women and men doing really gross stuff. How would that not affect a young person?

When I was growing up, blurry distorted images of softcore porn late at night on the TV was all I could get and since I had no TV of my own it was ridiculously risky to even attempt it. Porn was a rarity

Obviously porn is gonna mess some people up nowadays. Some people will not be affected at all and some will be because we're all different. You can already tell some people are breaking from it. Communities like the incel community is basically full of broken people who think the real world is exactly like it is in porn. People started like, "nofap" movements because people were jerking off too much lol

It's probably only gonna get worse
