Apparently walking photos are popular so here are some of Speedball #44 going on a walk Here is Speedball starting off in the garden.  And here is Speedball arriving at the beach.  Later she took a stroll in the forest.  Then she went to the moon. Here is a lovely shot of her with an Earthrise  Then she climbed into a rocket and went to another planet  It was about then that things started to get a little weird...  ...and derivative...  eventually ending up in bad photoshop Hell!  Then some stuff happened and she was soon back home in bed. What a big walk for Speedball!  Vote Speedball #44

so many good cats when we decided we wanted a cat we of course wanted one from the shelter and we also decided that we wanted an older one because kittens can be assholes and i figure an older cat who had spent a lot of time at the cat shelter might enjoy a more peaceful life in our condo. we went to the cat shelter and there were over a hundred cats and we were like "holy poo poo this is great" but then we spoke to the woman at the cat shelter and she said that we could choose from two of the adult cats there. our first thought was "what the poo poo let us take whatever cat we want" but then she explained that some years ago she let a family take home an adult cat and once the cat got to the new home she stopped eating, then she didn't start eating again when they brought her back to the shelter so she starved to death and died. cats are dumb af so i guess if they enjoy the cat shelter and the social stimulation from other cats it can break their little brains if you take them out of that. so she told us that there were just two cats that she felt had the right personality to move out of the shelter because neither one got along well with the other cats the first one she showed us was this adorable white and gray cat who started meowing as soon as we entered her little room and was very affectionate and brushing against our legs. so we were playing with this cat and the woman said yeah she's a very nice cat and she'd probably adjust well outside of the shelter also she has a prolapsed butthole and you'll have to poke that thing back in once or twice a day. soooo we asked to see the other one so we met leo and he was also very affectionate and was trying to crawl up my wife's legs and into her arms and once he was in her arms he had a look on his face like "pls get me out of here." his fur was all hosed up because he was too stressed to groom himself at the shelter. and he had arrived there as an adult and had spent six goddamn years being stressed out. also he is missing all his teeth except his canines. the woman says he's probably 8-10 years old but we can't know for sure for the first few days he hid under the blankets but slowly became more and more affectionate and open. now he sits in my wife's arms every morning while she eats breakfast and he sits with me on the couch while i'm studying. a few months after he arrived, i came home to find him on the couch in the position shown in the video. he wasn't moving and his eyes were half open and i was like "welp he's dead but at least he had a nice few months" but then his tail started moving. still creeps me out when he does it

Here is Speedball doing pushups on muscle beach  Pumped and ready to go. Tail is looking fantastic  We don't need no maps! Might need a poo, though.  Stupid humans are horribly lost  Speedball finds the way!  Safe back in the car it's the attack of the headbump! Because driving is too easy.

Moo Moo is quite the hunter. When she was just a kitten we saw her proudly enter the room holding a giant stuffed animal (ostrich) in the air by the neck. At the time it was twice her size. It became her favorite toy for a while, and she dragged it around with her until the day she started kidnapping the stuffed blue hippo. Here is Moo Moo closely watching a hunting documentary starring big cats:   One day she watched one, and then we saw her immediately prowl off to apply her new skills onto the poor cat we were babysitting.
