I think it's also important to remember that a lot of those named might be people that Epstein lured or trapped. No matter how rich or famous someone is, theyre still people and can be clueless and kind of gullible. it's super easy for me to picture, for example, Joan Rivers getting invited to a chic yacht party and getting there and then being like what the gently caress this poo poo is creepy as hell" and getting out of there.
