Jay: Seems like Billie has something she'd like. But the two of you are interrupted by Mr. Cook. "Hey! You two!" He's coming down the hallways and sees the bruises on Billies face. "What's going on?" He notices the splatters of blood on the lockers. "All right, both of you come with me to the principal's office." What do you do? Billie: Before you can get your invitation, Mr. Cook finds the two of you. "While we're going there, either one of you want to tell me what happened?" What do you do? Luna: You're heading to the bathrooms when you realize there are two sets of footsteps following you. When you turn around, Maeve jumps and tries to hide herself behind Marta. Marta scowls at you. "You wanted to meet her? Seems like you have some free time now." You can sense she's on edge - just waiting for you to start attacking either one of them. "What do you have to say, Luna?" What do you do? Paisley: She looks surprised before you clarify. "Oh. I mean, yeah. We'll see." She opens the door. "Let's go back to class then." When you head inside, you see everyone talking - and the window is broken. Chris is on the other side, scratched up and trying to climb in without cutting himself on the shards of glass. "Chris, no - Chris just go back in from the front," Brayden is saying to him. "poo poo did we miss something good?" Mary Anne says. Jenna sees you're back. "Luna got mad at Chris for what he said to Billie and hurled him through the window." What do you do?

Paisley Severance || Oh my. Well, I suppose my caution in recruiting Mary Anne for the night's festivities has been justified beyond all doubt. Chris is, to be perfectly frank, an idiot and I shed no tears for his pain. I believe that his going through a window will be more productive for my aims than anything else he might manage. I give Mary Anne a significant look, then turn back to Jenna and say, "Through a window, huh? That seems a little bold, even for her." I shake my head, almost as much over the sight of Chris trying to climb back in through a shattered window as anything else. I say, "Jenna, if you'd take care of what we discussed earlier, we'll have an additional guest tonight." I smile at the pair, as warm a smile as I've given all day, "No sense in making enemies when friends might be made instead." I leave Mary Anne with Jenna to sort out the details of getting her the night off without getting fired, then contemplate the classroom. Damien and Jenna seem well, given everything that transpired, but I don't see Winter immediately upon scanning the classroom. I do hope that Krystal didn't take the opportunity to pull her aside for another tedious 'intervention.' A moment of examination should answer my question, so I settle into my seat and close my eyes. "Shouldn't be any problems," she said when you tried asking about the possible side effects. You suddenly feel a stab of hunger pains. "Based on what I know you're biting her face. aaaaaaaaaaabbbbb youre ripping into her flesh oooooooooouuuuuuuutttttttttttt youre shoving the meat into your mouth ttttttttttttttt" chris is screaming in agony and you're bashing his head, over and over you take the knife he stole and carve him up like a turkey hale is running, bleeding and panting you leap out, tearing his throat out before he realizes whats happening god you're so hungry "-ell me the truth." You realize Mr. Cook is talking to you - and from the way he's looking at you, he's been trying to talk to you for a while. The hunger pains stab you again, but then fade away - but you can feel it residing deep inside you, waiting to come out again. What do you do?

Winter is primed to believe Krystal, if only for the moment, and giving a face to her conspiracy theories won't serve my purposes. We may need to sort that out tonight." Possibilities swim through my head, evaluated and sorted within an instant. It's unlikely that Krystal will stop the pointless vendetta of her own volition, so perhaps the time has come to see her into the fold. With some of Damien's 'party enhancers' and the privacy of a room, I should be able to lower her innate psychic resistance such that she sees the truth behind Winter's affection. Perhaps I'll even reinforce the bonds binding Winter and I, not to mention the possibility of Mary Anne. The party promises to be quite busy indeed.

"There's Advil in there if you need something for the pain," she says as she turns to Billie. What do you do? Billie: "You taking anything that might cause blanking out? We don't have to tell anyone, but it might help me to know. Are you having any trouble breathing?" Nurse Potter puts two fingers on the side of your neck. She looks confused, and you realize she's not feeling a pulse. She adjusts the position of her fingers and begins to try again. What do you do? Paisley: Damien nods. "She might try to hang out with Jay during the party though. I can keep him busy and Jenna can take up Winter's attention before you're done with Krystal. I think we can make sure Winter doesn't find out what we're up to. That sound good?" What do you do? Luna: "There are people who get under my skin, but I don't try to get them to fight me so I can throw them out a window." Maeve takes the paper. Not only does she know something's up with you, this is probably looking super weird to Jay. What do you do? Luna: Marta blinks first, and looks a little surprised. "I'm fine," she just mutters. She steps away from you as well and motions for Meave to follow her back. You head to the bathrooms, and you hear some voices speaking. "I'm telling you Winter, it's weird. All you talk about is her, and not in like...a gay way. Which would be fine! But you have a section of your clothes closet dedicated to her, 'just in case'. I feel like, you know, at some point I'm going to stumble upon a shrine to Paisley in there." You recognize Krystal's voice. "She's...she's just a new friend." Winter seems a little hesitant though. Luna: ...dcont... ...warepa... ...dangerous... That last word comes through clear. You see Paisley, in the water. Your blood falls on her. She becomes red, bright red....she begins to expand out. The basin is soon more blood then water. It reeks of blood, it splashes over the side, it trickles down onto the floor, splattering and oozing outward. A hand, red, covered in blood shoots out of the basin and grabs your face. The smears of blood are on your face and you jerk back to see a basin of water draining, the blood you washed off going down the drain. Some water is on the counter, but that's it. You can see behind you a stall door is open, and no one else is here. Maybe Winter and Krystal snuck out while you were...doing whatever that is? The bigger question might be - what do you make of what you saw, and what do you plan to do about it? Billie: "You shouldn't be alive," is all she manages. She looks over at Jay, who seems to have taken a nap. "I mean, uh..." There's a stretch of silence as she takes another inhale from her vape, thinking about it. She exhales, and then says "I can attend to the bruise? For now?" She sounds like she's not sure if that'll do anything but she is a nurse. "Meet me after school and we can see how you're doing?" Jay begins to wake up. What do you do? Jay: You feel exhaustion setting in, and memories and images of Billie begin to fade in and out of your thoughts. Then darkness sets in. You come to in front of a desk, reading...a handwritten journal (you think)? It has Latin letters, but you're not sure what the language is. Some other books are scattered near your eyesight - and then you notice a heart in a jar, suspended in some kind of liquid. But you can't move your head to look at it more closely and it's then you realize you're looking through someone else's eyes. You can see from their hands that they're white, but that might not be too useful in narrowing down who in Happy Valley that is. They open a drawer and look through a fairly big collection of strange looking powders. They move their hand over them, when they stop. And then you can practically feel whoever it is notice your presence. But it's also like you're stuck, in some strange way, and can't stop whatever you're seeing. The hand slams the drawer shut and yanks another open. There's a mirror, and the person grabs it. They put it on the table and pause for a moment before looking into it. You see yourself in the reflection and they study your face...and then the sensation of falling hits you and everything goes dark. You slowly awake to Nurse Potter and Billie looking at you. "Your friend is fine, I'd like her to come by at the end of day just to make sure. How about you?" Both of you can get first aid and remove 1 harm Paisley: "Only the best for you, Paisley." Damien smiles...and it's a genuine smile. This isn't something he's saying to look cool, you can tell he's trying to make sure everything works out for you tonight. What was he like before he began to follow you?

Paisley Severance || Damian? Much less genuine, that's for certain. He always wanted to look cool and feel important. Odd how working to look cool often backfires, isn't it? Of course, for all that, he had the social connections and resources to make it work. When your parties are always in contention for party of the year, it doesn't much matter if people think you're a douchebag. All I've done is give him what he's always wanted. Certainty. The importance of a place in my court. Some may think what I have to offer is unnatural, like Krystal, but is it really so wrong? People have always been desperate to connect. Time passes. Mr. Cook, along with Billie and Jay, come back to a classroom with a wrecked window. Mr. Cook sighs, and begins asking what happened because he'll obviously have to deal with it. So it shortly becomes fairly well known that Luna threw Chris out a window because he insulted Billie. It gets fueled on the by the video Ashlynn spreads which shows Luna getting up from the ground and hurling Chris. It's a pretty big topic on the school grapevine, but as the day comes to an end the conversation switches over to the party. Who's going to go, who needs to go, who's trying to get to go, and who absolutely is not going - these and more drown out almost any other gossip material over the day. Almost. But the end of the school day arrives, and for many of you there are some troubles to take care of. It's a new scene, highlights refresh Billie: What do you think of the rumor that Luna likes you and hurled Chris out a window for being lovely towards you? Nurse Potter is nervous and vaping when you show up. She makes sure you're the only one around, and motions for you to close the door. She takes out a stethoscope. "Does...Does your heart do anything or...?" What do you do? Jay: Mr. Cook takes you to the principal's office. "Hale is talking to Principal Hillam. Wait here until he calls you." Luna is sitting next to you. What do you do? Luna: People are looking at you kind of weirdly throughout the day. It doesn't take too long for you to see the video, which Ashlynn started recording when you fought back. So no footage of him starting it, although you're getting up from the ground at first. People are also convinced you did this to get Billie's attention. How do you feel about that? Mr. Cook finds you by the end of the day. He looks kind of hesitant to approach you, but steps forward anyway. "Luna. You're going to talk to Principal Hillam." You're brought to the office and sit next to Jay. Looks like someone else is talking to the Principal for now. What do you do? Paisley: You're heading out when Brayden catches up to you. "Paisley! Paisley wait up!" He stops to catch his breath and then says "So, I have a solution to a potential problem of yours. I can help you remove Ron as a competitor to you and your friends. Just tell him you want to set something up and send me to negotiate the terms. I'll take care of the rest." Is Ron Lovell actually competing with your people or is Brayden being an idiot? Put that poo poo on youtube, make it go viral, see if I get picked up by a college team or something because that throw was textbook. Throw a loving 'Worldstar!' in there if that's still a thing. And people can think what they want about Billie and me, for all I give a gently caress. Although I'd like to state for the record that if I was trying to get someone's, uh, attention I'd be more subtle than throwing a jerk out a window for them. Probably. I mean I guess I wasn't exactly Ms. Smooth with Maeve, seeing as she bought a bodyguard to talk to me. And that wasn't even about that, it was about her garden! Anyway, Billie's cool as far as I'm concerned (even if I'm a bit confused about her dead/alive status) so if rumors are all Ashylnn's got then she's gonna find out pretty soon that well is loving dry. When Cook tracks me down I can almost taste his fear, and it kinda makes me cocky. I was already pretty resigned to whatever, but man they could have at least called the cops, made things dramatic. I hold my hands up at my sides and roll my eyes at him: "Yeah, sure. Lead the way, teach." And follow without making a fuss. The waiting room isn't exactly huge so when I sit down it's right next to Jay, who looks - and smells - like he may have seen better days as well. After Cook leaves there's like 10 seconds of awkward silence while a muted conversation happens in the next room. Figure I'll break the ice. "Hey, new guy. What'd they get you on?"

When she mentions my heart I just picture it and feel my blood rushing. Palpitations. Like I'm sweating. I don't think I am. I don't think I can. Billie: You vaugley see Nurse Potter put the stethoscope against your chest, but you're too busy thinking about what to do to really notice. It's like everything slows down, and you see her as she was the morning. It's like you're seeing double for a moment. "You shouldn't be alive", you hear the one from the morning say again as she stares at you. You can see the fascination and fear on the face of the one with the stethoscope. She has no idea what's going on with you - and how could she? People don't come back from death after all. Letting her know it's supernatural and not something she'll be believed about is the key. Hell, tell her exactly what went down and who could she go to without sounding crazy? The only one might be Dr. Levee - but that's not a problem at all really, is it? The memory of her in the morning fades into the one right here and now, putting the stethoscope away. She just looks at you, trying to figure out what to say. What do you do?
