Tamp and Miami are so hot and cold I can see folks having bad times in short periods. West coast in general has gotten smoked so many times over the last 6 years or so. I feel bad for em. PBC has been lucky - Thank you florida straits I guess

Agreed on everything else with the caveat that the Fresh water springs in north west Florida are incredible.
