How about this for a fixed fetch land in Modern Horizions. Cycle of 10. Tap: Add Green Tap, sacrifice: search your library for a basic Swamp and put it into play. Maybe pay 1 life when you tap it or the card itself come into play tapped or the searched land comes into play tapped.

I'm looking to get 10 islands and 1 swamp to finish blinging out an EDH deck. I need recommendations on sweet foils. Right now, the slots are being held by unglued lands, but having 11 of the 16 or so non-foils in the deck being lands can sometimes look a little suspicious.

I have Guay lands in all of my EDH and pauper decks, and my draft land set is all Guay as well. They're great. I've thought about getting a set of prints to hang in my office.

TSP islands in foil, especially the lighting one, are great. The Alara swamp that looks like a guru land is great in foil. The esper island is also really good. All the Lorwyn lands are good. Roshi's island from 9th and whatever set it was originally in is nice.

I miss how much the card frame popped on old-border foils, especially on red green or blue cards. I briefly owned a mint condition foil Burning Wish from Judgment that looked like a ruby, it was so so pretty.

What does everyone use for collection tracking? I have a bunch of spreadsheets from the TCGPlayer app, which don't import cleanly to deckbox.org, I don't feel like paying money for MTGGoldfish premium, and TCGPlayer.com inexplicably doesn't let you import from the TCGPlayer app's exported CSVs.

Then again not too long ago I opened a box of cards I had set aside for building a deck with and I was all "heh, oh right, I already bought an Angel's Grace. Sweet, don't need to order one".
