Its like the time I was watching a union rep argue that the standard progression for discipline wasn't followed when a guy was fired. But the reason he was fired was because he punched a Vulnerable Adult. (As a background the union was doing what they are there to do, and the rep i talked to a year later said they didn't want to do so but the ex employee in question demanded an arbitration as per contract)

Basically me and the HR squad sharing awkward glances while she rambled for hours about how she was going to be reinstated as soon as the trial ended in her favor. Like, yeah, innocent until proven guilty, but it was not the most productive use of our time.

Still working my way through the What a Time To Be Alive backlog. Recent highlights include Michael Channels and a bidet setting named "the widowmaker". The seagulls in the hotel room is pretty great with the cherry on top being the guy throwing his shoe at them but the shoe misses and goes out the window and it's his only pair of shoes.

Started picking my way through Titans in lieu of Doom Patrol, it’s way more my speed. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not GOOD, it’s the try-hard edgy nü-metal version of comic book media, but that’s hilariously endearing to me, and until it goes full Kurt Sutter I can deal. Plus Minka Kelly as a heroine and THAD CASTLE? Hell yes sign me up.

I watched the Giantbomb farewell to Flash stream and man I missed most of that. Must've been awesome to be in high school in like 2004 though. I also finally saw the Ultimate Showdown after only having seen the Ultimate Orgy parody of it.
