I think we're currently in an era of "stylistic statement" kits, which mean that things like that Newcastle shirt are going to be looked back on in 20 years and cringed at. I guess maybe each decade alternates between tasteful and grotesque. [edit]I have no problem at all with the Bayern away though, it's just white with coloured edging. The fact that colour is orange isn't really a problem for me.

Apparently that is what the new kit will look like, the Northern Rock leak was pretty much bang on except for sponsors. I don't get why can't we get just black and white stripes or something nothing special or anything. I'd loving take just one half black and one half white if it meant it wouldn't be retarded.

The Newcastle one looked p good as I scrolled down...then the spikes showed up. Ugh. The sublimated stripes on the Bayern one are nice but the orange trim is not so nice.
