I offered to make him a new neck but he only wanted me to use air-dried wood from within a 10 mile radius  . He was one of those smug vegans that don't shut up about how great it is not to eat meat even though they have a grey pallor and smell wrong.Still, he paid me an extra 50%, so I can't complain. Thanks for reminding me I needed to check if there were solid cheap headphones available because mine are poo poo and need replacing, btw. I had to remove a disk of paper which covered the speakers and a little internal mic for noise cancelling to make them sound at all decent, because apparently "don't put thick paper over your speakers" isn't something all headphone designers understand
