This was an inexpensive vehicle. All the glass in it is flat.
How inexpensive? The chassis and engines were from salvage yard 1941 Plymouths. The bumpers on the early models were oak. Why were there only 1056 made? Because they ran out of old '41 Plymouths.

As mentioned flat glass can be had easily.

Honestly, for $500 that would be a pretty neat car to get back on the road.

Not quite sure on how to quote images, but that Civic's steering wheel is probably the most understated thing on the car, which is surprising.
In Australia, if you're going to mod your car, it's a well known fact that the first thing to start with is Momo drift wheel.

It's a Hornet in AMX trim.

For 1970's econoboxes, I always thought those Hornets were pretty nice-looking cars.

I kind of doubt he did. I've seen a number of these for sub 3k even in my area. All of them need work, and some of the parts are going to be harder to come by. Although there should be a decent chunk of stuff shared between similar era 5 and 7 series (driveline particularly) some of it is gonna be 6 series only and a pain to track down.

Considering the next cheapest in the country (cars.com, anyway) is ten thousand dollars more, I'm not sure which definition of 'gold' that fits. It might be the first one that I've seen that fits both definitions simultaneously!

Those are seat covers, likely covering very split leather. However, it is $3k for a CSI with low mileage, there are going to be some issues.
