It would be interesting to see a 10000 km tall Eiffel Tower stick out from the sea, looking from ground level. You'd need a pressure suit to even survive the trip to the lower platform though.

One collection of tires which broke free from their restraints and went on a coral-demolishing trip around the currents, and another one that started leaching weird chemicals that prevented coral growth in the area. Trying to find sources.
