I mean, fountain hook kind of seems like something that's super easy to counter though? I wasn't around paying dota at that time but... I dunno, it's available to everyone, you can ban pudge, you can just ward and gank him, you can not stand still for super easy hooks. Just seems like Loda's a big gay baby

And it wasn't clear whether or not that would be considered a bug by Valve and thus covered under "bug abuse" . Yeah it hadn't been fixed and was around for a long time, but that didn't make it not a bug.

It could be for them but as far as they know the other team might be smoked, etc
