A nice touch I noticed during a re-read-- in the early chapters, Deku is shown writing with his right hand. After he fucks it up during the sports festival, the following chapters (at least up until 46, I haven't gone past those again) show him writing with his left. It most likely doesn't mean anything in the long run, but it's a nice little attention to detail.

The Vigilantes spinoff is up on mangastream http://mangastream.com/r/vigilante/00/3637/1 Just an introductory chapter, but I like it! I was a little disappointed at first that Horikoshi wasn't writing this one (though I figure he gets consulted on the worldbuilding) but I like the idea of different people writing their own stories set in the MHA universe.

I enjoyed this chapter. In particular, I enjoyed that there's at least one other dude who isn't in enrolled at U.A. who's still a force to be reckoned with. I also like how they're kinda sorta bringing back the problem of uniform testing for heroism. There are a lot of qualified kids out there who aren't gonna make the cut simply because this test kinda screws them over. I hope that one guy with mind-control powers comes back.

I hope this doesn't cause Uraraka to have a diminished/less important/hurt part in the story because of this. She's such a fun character (Well, everyone in MHA is), and I hope this doesn't negatively influence the mangaka to cut her out or write her moving away or something. That being said, when he was creating this, everyone told him how much they hated All Might, and that made him just put in even more All Might, so maybe it'll have the opposite effect.
