Mind you it's pretty obvious that the big reason is "they don't want to piss off Celestia, they have wiped out entire countries for knowing too much," but I feel like even "it's dangerous to tell you too much" would be appreciated.

I spend money on everything except top-ups with no bonus. So that's welkins, BPs, plus another 200 dollers a year. I would buy more if they offered other "deals" but they don't it's pretty surprising.

Which is only a problem because I lost my guarantee on a super early Raiden while fishing for 4 stars. Which in turn, is only a problem because I broke down and tossed a pity on the Scara banner even though I didn't really want him all that much. And this whole thing is only a problem because a year ago I wasted a pity chasing ANOTHER anime prettyman (Ayato) and missed Yelan the first time around..! Don't be like me, kids.  Well actually I didn't resort to spending money on any of these occasions, so it might not be too bad to be like me, at least a little

There we go, got Yelan XQ c3 and c4 Ninguang c1 Beidou c3 randomly a Yun Jin c2 and then Dragon’s Bane r4 and Sac sword r3. And it only took me uhhhhh, all my gems. Some nice 4* constellations in there I think.

Always assume it'll take at least ~80 pulls (since that's very likely). In the worst case (which has a pretty high chance of happening, probably like 20-30% or something), you could end up using a majority of those primos (like 25k or so) to get C1. IMO one of the biggest factors is whether you want constellations on the banner's 4-stars. If so, you'll at least be getting something useful even if you don't roll all the way until pity (and those rolls will still count towards the next banner). If you don't care about any of the 4-stars, it's almost always a bad idea.

Lost the 50/50 to Mona, then got C6 Xingqiu, C5 Beidou, C5 Ningguang, and C2 Razor on the way to Yelan. Then got Mona's c1 and Lost Prayer on the Standard pull. Not too bad, for the investment and given how Hydro thirsty my account was. Wondering if I should just buy Beidou's last con. I don't really plan on using her, Raiden, Kuki, and Fischl have my electro needs pretty set at this point. Time to wait to blow the rest of the pot on Dehya.

Zhongli He tells really nice stories, extremely fun to be around. Would absolutely buy him lunch and learn some neat stuff about Liyue.

It took pretty much the worst luck a person could possibly have both in terms of 5* and 4* pulls, but I finally have a mount in Genshin Impact, aka Yelan C1. She seems pretty cool. Although I'm a little iffy on the team I set up for her. Using Yelan/XQ/Bennett/Yanfei and I'm not sure Yanfei is helping at all. Feels like I'm just losing dps whenever I use her charge attack, skill, or burst when that time could instead be spent spamming normals on any character to rip everything apart with Yelan/XQ's bursts.
