I don't get this whole SMG is trolling theory. He's always posted that way, I just figured he was a film student that genuinely enjoys applying deep meaning to everything and debating said points with people/sticking with his reading. v  vOh, and as recently as last month people were getting upset at his reading of Pacific Rim in the sequel thread so it's not just here.

He asks the Powers That Be to let him know what the artists really meant when they did their pieces, and it ends up all being stuff like "I painted a cat in the bathtub because I like cats and tubs are easy, and I needed to pay rent." and it ruins everything for him.
