Lol my rears were done with a jack handle and pulled about 3/4 with the same device. Fronts were unmolested, just -3.5 to make them fit lol.

A lot of Japanese bosuzoku inspired motorcycles have upturned tails like that. It's definitely a trend thats been repeated, god only knows why.

Most Top Fuelers are blown Harley twins, that one I posted is based on a Honda VTX1800 then built up and supercharged (guy used to run a Triumph motor I think). Although there are a lot of 4cyls ostensibly based on old Suzuki 1100 oil boilers, but are custom billet creations.

I don't know what that thing is talking about with steep hills. I love the feeling you get when you crest the top of a hill at decent throttle and the front wheel just hovers.

I more love the "Oh poo poo" feeling when you're under full power and there is a small dip in the road big enough to suddenly put you into a massive power wheelie.

edit: You said love the feeling I missed that part. Oops.

I always thought that was more of a bad rear end feeling than an o poo poo feeling. Also big dips in the road, who else goes WOT through them. I'm talking about like big drops 10 feet then goes back up to level in say 40 yards or something. Not just little dips.

I don't get this, if they want to spend such a huge amount of money to make a drag bike, why don't they start off with something that makes more power (busa/zx14)?

I don't think the people that do this even know that extended arms are for drag bikes :ssh:

Because they probably didn't have the money in this case and otherwise they just do it because they think this hideous poo poo looks cool for some reason (plus it makes the bike nice and low so they aren't scared)
