Outside of the penalties this may still be a scoreless struggle. I hate to think it’s going to come down to something like that, but Georgia can’t afford mistakes.

I've not been on that ferris wheel in downtown Atlanta but today would've been good, it's 66*F right now.

More WRs holding. I love how they keep doing it and not getting called

"Ask Aaron Rodgers" um there was no penalty on that play and the NFL said that was the proper call, no penalty

So you can’t full on tackle a QB?

If he had just hit him it'd have been fine. But you can't keep driving the QB into the ground

I was unaware of that rule

Ok, so I guess sneezing on Stidham will be a penalty.

Is he still a QB if he has pitched the ball though?

I thought roughing the passer would be hitting a QB after they threw the ball. Stidham threw the ball while being tackled.

Let's flag football this poo poo. Pulling the quarterback's towel out counts as a sack.

Exactly, that was the call. Not the tackle. The continuous driving into the ground after the tackle was made.

Football rules have gotten so complex that team's should probably have attorneys on the side lines to represent their interests. Edit: I'm guessing that Auburn is counting on the 3-4 weeks of rest Johnson will get to keep him ready for whatever game they end up in later.
