Yeah, it was the one where people basically had to hand-rig every animation between every group of people, which was absolutely a niche to fill. Unfortunately, 99% of the audience that would go to Skyrim sex mods just want a quick, janky yoinky-sploinky and the other 1% probably has Source Filmmaker.

So my brief google attempt at sorting this out, why did I waste 30 minutes on this The guy made OSex - framework + animations with the ten page long manual of operation (old awful mods thread) almost a decade ago. Then he made OSA to encompass that + general animations + actual UI? OStim was made in ~2020 to drive OSA in an attempt to integrate it into gameplay (like SexLab?) instead of being effectively just a machinima engine. Originally with permission, then OSA author had a meltdown & went mostly AFK, and OStim author quit as well? OStim NG continued with a new team OStim Standalone is a wholesale rewrite with no OSA dependencies OSA guy now drops this (final?) iquit 4 years later lurksion fucked around with this message at 23:37 on May 30, 2024 |
