so is karazim some horrible healer? was last pick in UD on battlefield of eternity, so stukov/rhegar were banned or taken, and the other team had a chogall. So I figured i can punch the immortal to feed the punch quest, heal pretty well because everyone will be grouped up, and help nuke down chogall with 7 sided strike. but the team started going "pick someone else, gg, game over" with the timer on 2 seconds. anyway we stomped them and i got mvp

There's a lot of really weird stuff going on with Rehgar right now but he's still super fun. I hope they come out with another character that feels as fun as the guy that does everything. I love Li Li but I love being able to finish people off and chase kills down wins games. Bossing around most heroes in lane is great too, oh and I can merc whenever and consistently turn in 50+ coins on Blackheart Bay? His ults suck though. If I could switch Li Li's jug to Rehgar (only if Li Li keeps it too though) I'd do it in a heartbeat. The main thing about Ancestral is it's a 90 second cooldown and that poo poo is wild like what the hell do you do during that 30 seconds your ult is still down and he also doesn't have Kung Fu Hustle? My Li Li is like level 110 so it's weird having such a long cooldown on an ult is my main point I guess, especially when it's such an important ability of his. The design philosophy has changed quite a bit from the first year of the game, and some of the characters ults need to be updated. Ancestral Healing is one of those that was a much bigger impact ult back in the day than it is now by comparison to other ults.

I only started with 2.0 but there certainly feels like there's a sort of feature creep presence on newer heroes compared to old heroes, LoL style. Way more mobility, primarily.

The example used was odd because jugs is an interruptible 6 second channeled ability that heals 1600 hp over time, and ancestral heals 1600 after a second to the target you want - and it's not channeled. I legit think Stukov puts out way too much healing without even doing much of anything or spending any mana, plus all the other dumb stuff he does.

If I was into his aesthetic at all I'd probably play him but I don't like any Starcraft or Overwatch heroes really. The coolest two heroes to me are Rehgar and Tyrande since they seem more like dual-class to me than Varian does since they do so much stuff. I'm still Forever Li Li One but she can't solo like Rehgar and Tyrande can. I have to rely on my team more. Even DPS Li Li can't just run in and kill people like Rehgar can, especially when you get 16 and get the possibly (probably) bugged Hunger of the Wolf. It's become my favorite talent in the game along with Feral Heart. I wish there was a way to get Lightning Bond and Wolf Run Speed Guy on level one for 100% wolf Rehgar but there isn't. I would love some quests on his talents though as long as they don't get nerfed along with their arrival. Would also love to see a Li Li Mass Vortex quest with heroes hit or blind time, then y'all would know a good Li Li from a bad Li Li much easier. Hunger of the Wolf quest idea: Hit 10 heroes with Wolf Lunge without dying: Hunger of the Wolf now heals Rehgar for 10% of his max life instead of 5%. Blood and Thunder quest idea: Cast the same spell on two different targets within eight seconds of casting it on the first target ten times without dying: Ghost Wolf attacks now also lower the cooldown of Rehgar's ultimate by one second. I was trying to think of something for Feral Heart that wasn't just spend X time regenerating in Ghost Wolf to increase regeneration rate but I couldn't. Healing for 1600 immediately is dramatically better than healing for 900 immediately, especially as Rehgar still has Chain Heal for another 250.
