i don't usually like these two (chip's a good mod though) but there is a good dynamic here other dude doesn't know what's coming up and revengeance is the best game TIME FOR JACK... TO LET 'ER RIP is always a good thing to witness someone's reaction to

The trailer has a gigantic "outer heaven" logo in it so I think that's established. Also they probably took his DNA for the project between the virtuous mission and snake eater proper when he's in the hospital or whatever so that would make it long enough for Eli to be liquid
