I'd play it.

a videogame that tricks you into making and sticking to a budget but also makes you exercise moderately for 30 minutes a day and the game has really good music but people aren't impressed with the graphics but i guess the style isn't for everyone, like the tasteless mashed-potato-brains who werent impressed with the graphics

A simulation of being a collector of some kind of rare object (records, books, whatever) with a huge open world where there's only one copy of some kind of precious item and you have to track it down and find a way to get it but you also start the game with no money and just a collection of records, books, whatever it is. You can trade, scheme or steal but you also start without any leads of where to find the object. The game also has a simulated internet with collector forums and a bunch of other stuff (maybe Hypnospace Outlaw style) but you have to get the item in person. You can't just have it sent to you. The object starts in a different place every game and allows for emergent gameplay because the object doesn't stay put, it's being traded, lost and stolen as you play. At some point you will probably have to ride a bus to Toledo. The art style of the game is inspired by R. Crumb and the game feels like you are Steve Buscemi's character from Ghost World. Maybe it's an online game where you are competing with other collectors to find the object. I forgot to ask if the game actually has to be something that would actually be possible to make.

Animal Crossing meets Cities: Skylines or SimCity. Basically an adorable city builder. So you would start in a forest and place residences, shop zones, production zones. Then as you progress in the game you can get new building types, new zones, and new ecosystems. So you can end up with a coral reef ecosystem with shrimp people swimming around and a big hotel for visitors from the forest world, stuff like that. You could be Tom Nook basically and extort citizens to develop your city. Multiplayer would be visiting other cities, trading resources, tourism.
