Physical disability and mental illness are different forms of disability, and the respective marginalizations therefrom are experienced differently. Having a different form of disability does not give you license to mock people as being "sadbrains" any more than being of a different marginalized race gives Asians license to make "colored people time" (and if you want to get pedantic, you know full loving well exactly what color is implied by "colored people") jokes.
