Beast has been proven over the last 15 years or so to be the #1 Mad Scientist in the Marvel Universe, emphasis on "Mad". Even the Watcher had to come down at one point and tell him how much he sucked.

Holy poo poo. When I saw Jurassic World I said to my girlfriend, "Chris Pratt is alright but the real hero is the dude saving his two margaritas while under attack." I'm very happy to see someone else appreciate him.

I'm not an enormous fan, but I do think it's awesome that he showed up for SUCH a tiny cameo. Like, blink-and-you-miss-it tiny. Most cameos like that kinda beat you over the head with it.

Whoever did this cosplay first started off a bit of a trend and there's been a whole bunch of them at recent cons, probably because it's a funny costume which requires minimal effort to assemble. Here's a few I found that put in a little more effort than most Jimmys out there:

What's great about this costume is you can just add a cigarette holder and swap for a louder shirt and it instantly becomes a Raoul Duke/Hunter S. Thompson costume.

A little while back I built a set of the Christmas lights from Stranger Things for my tattoo artist who was throwing a Stranger Things themed charity art show. One of the artists there was dressed as Joyce and was joking around on the phone so I did a quick impromptu photo shoot with her and it came out pretty decent.
