Depends on your lifestyle. Do you have a desk job where you sit a lot? What do you eat and drink? My obese friend chows down a bag of chips in 3 days and usually powers through a 2L of pop a day. He also eats out at McDonalds a lot as well. However he is determined to lose weight and is adjusting his diet and started working out at nights. He has been 400lbs for 15 years. He has already lost 20 pounds in 3 months of him really half assing it, and he has a lot of rear end. Have you looked at the weight loss section of SA? There are great threads there that offer a lot of support and healthy planning. The first step is you. Be committed to the idea, accept when you crash, but keep going strong.

It's bad taste to bring up a person's racism, sexual harassment, constant endangerment of others and political corruption on the day of that person's death when said person has moved on from that behaviour and showed some shame over it. That does not apply to Rob Ford, who often celebrated that behaviour, so, fair game. Edit: LMAO. I'm Facebook friends with the woman who did Karen Stintz's social media during her campaign and this woman just posted an article about how Rob Ford was "a great man." peter banana fucked around with this message at 18:52 on Mar 22, 2016 |

Wikipedia posted:In 2000, Ford married Renata Brejniak, whom he had met in high school.[2] Ford, Renata, their daughter Stephanie, and their son Doug, resided in Etobicoke.[18][19] In 2008, after a 911 call from the Ford home, Ford was charged with assault and threatening to kill his wife. The Crown attorney said "there was no reasonable prospect of conviction" because there were "credibility issues" with allegations by Ford's wife due to inconsistencies in her statements. Ford said that he was glad the ordeal was over and that he and his wife have sought marital counselling.[20] In two separate incidents, on 25 October 2011, and again on 25 December 2011, police were called to Ford's home to investigate domestic disputes. During the Christmas Day incident, Ford's mother-in-law called 911 between 4 and 5am local time as she was concerned that Ford had been drinking and was going to take his children to Florida against his wife's wishes. No charges were laid in either incident.[21] Further domestic incident calls to police occurred in 2012 and on August 27, 2013. Again, no charges were laid.[22] From a glass half-full perspective, Rob Ford's cancer diagnosis in 2014 was time correlated with a significant decrease in the number of domestic violence incidents at his home.
