I designed an extremely FCC unapproved device that would (theoretically) lock all the cart wheels in a grocery store b/c the cashier initiated cash back when I wasn't looking. It was a lot of work and research over $30, but it was the principle. In the end my blood cooled off and someone pointed out that people might have kids in the front of the cart that would get startled. It's just an invisible dog fence
