Here’s some Kadavar screenshots from that Facebook show. It wasn’t a great example of social distancing but very entertaining and they are a lot better than I had realized. For streaming over Facebook the audio quality was fantastic.

Wait, wasn't Old Man Gloom the band that released a album several years back in conjunction with a fake album? As I recall, that threw everyone for a loop considering that the fake was of decent sludge/doom material.

No, that was The Ape of God, which was released as two albums with different material but with the same title. Both are very good. The leaked version is another, different project, which they sent out to music journalists prior to dropping the two real albums. They anticipated a leak, so what ended up getting leaked was a third album under the same title. It contained some alternate takes of songs from both albums and different ambient/electronic interludes iirc. e: Old Man Gloom are amazing. Their drummer Santos is also an excellent shitposter on their Facebook page and on their Twitters.

This is only notable to me I guess since I was involved in the artwork side, but the Telekinetic Yeti situation was resolved with Anthony (the drummer) changing his group's name to Twin Wizard. They released their first full-length so check it out if you'd like, it's got Brad from Droids Attack on vocals (Anthony played all the instruments on the album but when they play live Brad will do guitar/vocals). https://twinwizard.bandcamp.com/releases Here's the cover what I did, I've shared it before but this is the final one (I made one with the Telekinetic Yeti name on it before so I had to change it)

I apologise if this is the wrong thread but lockdown got me experimenting with artists I know but haven't necessarily really listened too and I felt so smart today when I felt that Alice in Chains and Pearl Jam sound like the same band and then looked up they were from the same city.
