I think the truth of the matter is that Corbyn‘s wide appeal on the left meant that some crazies also joined the party, and because they’re louder on social media, anti-Semitism is seen as more of a thing that’s happening. It's possible that we're talking about two different stories here but my understanding of that was that Jewdas (the anti-Zionist Jewish group whose seder Corbyn attended) were accused of anti-Semitism by pro-Israel Jewish groups, because a standard tactic amongst Zionists is to conflate anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism. Regardless of that, it's pretty disgusting that the right wing of the British press will crow against anti-Semitism one day and send people to infiltrate a private seder in the hopes of bagging some dirt on Corbyn the next.
