The bundles are your best bet, and I believe there's at least three bundles in the store which should grab you something like 30 champs altogether. It'll give you a bunch of options, but if you're trying to get a complete roster of every champ in the game you're going to be paying a lot.

The funny thing is that we were crushing it in teamfights with 10 yoricks, but they just gave up because omg yorick vs. nasus
