You're pretty much 100% correct on all your points here and that's why for the most part I don't like him. Dude's just not very good at rapping. And lots of dudes here talk up lots of poo poo that's garbage, don't let that sway you (tbh dudes talk up lots of good stuff to but w/e). That said I like him on hooks or doing more singy stuff sometimes. And where I don't think he's a good rapper or have much presence typically, he also generally is neutral and doesn't detract from beats or w/e.
