dhelmise, a grass/ghost with steelworker, which effectively gives it steel STAB probably as well, has 70/131/100/86/90/40 hp/atk/def/spatk/spdef/spd dude gets phantom force, which hits through protect, heavy slam, which is a steel-based weight move, gyro ball, shadow claw, and other Cool poo poo no phys grass moves that i could see though

Ninetales was one of my favorite gen 1 Pokemon and GF seems determined to make it fantastic through hell or high water

The new Hammer moves are just retyped Arm Hammer down to speed loss and 90% accuracy. Also Disguise is 1/battle rip.
