Wait, they've adjusted dissipation as well? Hahaha fucks sake, way to move the goalposts pgi. Didn't they argue a while ago that adjusting heat capacity and dissipation was a terrible idea because people might make heat neutral builds?

I dont know how much Ghost Heat 2.0 you get for firing 35 damage, but if you only do it twice while waiting for the Gauss cooldown you might be fine. I have a really simple solution for reducing TTK: add a smaller engine component to each torso with a correspondingly small hitbox. Keep shrinking that hitbox until you hit whatever average TTK you're looking for. Bonus points if every match ends with popsicles running around like headless chickens trying to avoid getting their engines shot out by the last guys on the other team who still have weapons.

He doesnt need to be uber, he needs to be fun. He is fun now, and will be more fun once the gauss is point and click. Im mostly excited about tripple PPCs though. From when we were doing NARC shennanigans last week, the 4 x LRM 10 Atlas S is surprisingly effective. You can keep up a constant rate of fire as you close and body people if you're a halfway decent pilot that knows how to aim. Which is maybe two and a half goons.
